What is the date and location of the event?
The event will occur in South Carolina from January 12-14, 2024, at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
What airport do I use? And how far are you from that airport?
The closest commercial airport to Kiawah Island Golf Resort is the Charleston International Airport (CHS). We are just 32 miles—around 40-45 minutes—from CHS. We do provide custom transportation to and from the airport at a very competitive rate. Additionally, the Charleston Executive Airport (JZI), located on nearby Johns Island, is a convenient option for travelers utilizing private jet services.
What safety measures are in place for COVID-19?
We prioritize the health and safety of our attendees. We will follow the most up-to-date local health guidelines, which may include mask requirements, social distancing measures, sanitization stations, and more.
What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes access to all sessions, 2 nights of hotel stay, meals and retreat activities.
What is the cancellation policy?
There are no refunds; however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else before the transfer deadline of 4 pm ET on December 1, 2023. There are no additional costs to transfer your ticket. No exceptions will be made beyond that date.
Are there any discounted rates available?
Early bird rates are available until August 1, 2023. After this, regular rates apply.
Is there a different price for double occupancy?
We’ve carefully curated the retreat experience to provide maximum value, encompassing all aspects, including room accommodations, gourmet meals, a diverse range of activities, and exclusive swag. Each attendee’s contribution goes toward ensuring a holistic and enriching experience. As such, the retreat price remains consistent for all attendees, regardless of double occupancy preferences.
Can I bring a friend?
Only registered attendees are able to join the retreat activities.
Can I update my registration information?

Will there be any networking opportunities?
Yes, there will be numerous opportunities for networking during the event.
Is there a dress code for the event?
The dress code for the event (casual, comfortable, etc.). There is an all-white ritual on the beach on January 12.
